What has emerged in the investigation

According to information related to the investigation, TCC Digital Markets Limited, a company registered in St. Kitts and Nevis, has been identified as the source of the 10 lakh dollar amount. According to the ED, the actual source of this money is the Dr. Mathias Karl Vogt Trust of Germany. The investigative agency states that the German trust first transferred this money to the Lithuanian company Xbase Digital UAB to circumvent German laws.

The ED suspects that the money was routed through Dubai and Lithuania using digital assets and hawala. According to information, the St. Kitts and Nevis company transferred this money as a grant in two installments to a British company.

Money also from a Canadian company

The ED has also discovered that 5 lakh dollars were transferred through Zbase Digital Inc, registered in Canada. This money was sent to the account of the same British company in February 2026. Both suspicious transactions combined amount to 15 lakh dollars. According to information, Indian agencies are verifying these transactions with the payment platform Airwallex.

What is not yet clear

Reports have not provided information regarding the name of the British company, the entities or individuals in India who received the money, or the basis for the allegations of interference. No formal statement could be obtained from the ED in this regard, and the side of the named foreign entities has also not emerged. The story will be updated as the investigation progresses.
